All three studios are 35m², well within the 60m² allowance, and most studios are approved through a Complying Development Certificate, which is faster than a full Development Application. We back approvals with our 4-week approval guarantee, and build time is generally 14 to 16 weeks. Standard inclusions cover a floor to ceiling tiled bathroom, soft closing cabinets, quality appliances, wardrobes and laundry, a separate electricity meter, Daikin split system air conditioning, and a 6-year structural warranty.

The Croft, Fairlawn, and Wentworthville are all 35m² and built to the same standard. What differs is the external profile and material treatment. The Croft is a modern, low-profile studio with weatherboard cladding. The Fairlawn is classic brick. The Wentworthville pairs brick with a hipped roof.
