When you use our quote, site inspection or display home booking forms, download our guide, use the cost calculator, or chat with our concierge, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address or suburb, and details about your block
• What you are looking to build, your timeframe, and any notes you choose to share

If you phone or email us, we collect the information you provide in that conversation. Conversations with our concierge are not stored.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote
• To arrange site inspections and display home visits
• To deliver our design, approval and construction services
• To keep you informed about your project

We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

Your information may be shared with the people who help us deliver your project: our design and site teams, and service providers such as scheduling and hosting platforms. Where your project requires it and with your knowledge, relevant details may be shared with certifiers or your local council. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in a secure database hosted in Australia and protected by access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
