Do I need a large block for a studio granny flat?
No. At 35m², a studio is our most compact build and suits backyards where a larger footprint is not possible or not needed. To use the faster CDC approval, most blocks still need at least 450m² of land with a 12m frontage, and we confirm what your block allows during a free site inspection.
