Every block is different: final designs, inclusions and pricing depend on a site assessment, council or CDC requirements, and your signed building contract.

Prices shown are indicative starting points and may change without notice. Figures produced by the cost and ROI calculator are estimates only and are not financial advice.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes requested through this site are free and carry no obligation. A quote becomes binding only when it is set out in a written contract signed by both parties. Display home visits and site inspections booked through this site are appointments, and we may contact you to confirm or reschedule.

Building work

Any building work we undertake is governed by a separate written building contract and applicable law, including the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW). Nothing on this site forms part of a building contract.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, designs and floor plans, is owned by or licensed to 5 Star Granny Flats. You may view and print it for your personal use, but you may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
